Ray is an ACE Certified Personal Trainer and licensed Occupational Therapist with years of hands-on experience in both fitness training and rehabilitation. His approach is driven by a deep passion for helping individuals of all backgrounds achieve their health and wellness goals.

Specializing in muscle hypertrophy and general fitness, Ray excels at designing personalized training programs that enhance strength, endurance, and sustainable habits for long-term success. Whether clients aim to improve athletic performance or simply build a stronger, healthier lifestyle, he provides expert guidance tailored to their unique needs.

Beyond fitness, Ray’s background as an Occupational Therapist equips him with specialized knowledge in orthopedics, stroke recovery, and geriatric rehabilitation. With years of experience in hospital settings, he has supported adults and elderly patients in regaining independence and performing daily activities after illness or surgery.

Felicia is an NCSF-Certified Personal Trainer and ACE-Certified Nutrition Specialist with a passion for helping women build strength, confidence, and sustainable healthy habits. Her approach is deeply rooted in her own journey—having overcome years of unhealthy dieting and an obsessive focus on weight, she now empowers others to pursue fitness as a form of self-care rather than punishment.

Specializing in core strength, muscle growth, and fat loss, Felicia creates personalized programs that prioritize functional strength and long-term progress over quick fixes. She has spent the last few years coaching over 100 women, many of whom began with little to no fitness experience. Her method focuses on mastering fundamentals, building confidence in the gym, and developing a balanced relationship with food and exercise.

With additional training in Yoga, Muay Thai, and Pilates, Felicia believes in a versatile, adaptable approach to fitness—one that keeps workouts engaging and aligned with each client’s lifestyle. Her background in nutrition and years of experience allows her to provide science-backed guidance on fueling the body for performance and overall well-being.

HONG XIANG

Hong Xiang is a dedicated and empathetic ACE-certified personal trainer with six years of personal fitness experience. Bringing a unique and deeply personal understanding to the world of fitness at a young age, Hong Xiang's journey began with overcoming obesity and the accompanying body image challenges that unfortunately led to disordered eating during his teenage years. This powerful personal transformation served as the initial spark that ignited his passion for fitness, compelling him to not only embark on a significant physical reshaping but also to diligently cultivate a far healthier and more resilient mindset. Alongside his fitness journey, Hong Xiang has also been an avid football player for many years, understanding firsthand the joy and benefits of an active lifestyle across different stages of life.

Hong Xiang firmly believes that fitness should be an empowering and enjoyable aspect of life, accessible to everyone, rather than a burden. His approach emphasizes sustainable and balanced practices over extreme measures, with the aim of fostering a positive relationship with both training and food in his clients, regardless of their age or life stage. Driven by his own transformative experience and his lifelong engagement in sport, Hong Xiang is particularly passionate about promoting active aging and the adoption of an active lifestyle. Clifton is an ACE-Certified Fitness Trainer and dedicated Firefighter with a strong background in high-intensity cardiovascular training, muscle building, and endurance conditioning. His approach blends scientific fitness principles with real-world functional strength, helping clients of all levels build resilience, stamina, and power.

Specializing in performance-driven training, Clifton crafts programs that boost cardiovascular capacity, muscular endurance, and explosive strength. Whether preparing first responders, athletes, or everyday fitness enthusiasts, he tailors workouts to meet rigorous demands while ensuring sustainable progress.

His firsthand experience as a firefighter sharpens his understanding of peak physical readiness—emphasizing stamina under stress, injury resilience, and mental toughness. Clifton’s sessions often incorporate functional movements that mirror real-world challenges, from weighted carries to high-intensity intervals.
